Global Payroll & Benefits Leader - Compliance & Migration

UFORCE, a defence-technology company headquartered in London, is hiring a Senior Payroll and Benefits Specialist to own payroll processing and compliance across the US and Europe. You will coordinate with an external US EOR and international payroll advisors, consolidate group payroll reporting, and manage benefits and pension schemes in every country we operate.

You will drive live payroll cycles, write SOPs, tighten controls, and move payroll onto our in-house platform country by country.
