Job Description
Overview

Our client is an established, multi-industry and profitability business within the Technology sector including MarTech, AI and FinTech to name a few. Due to growth, they are now seeking an experienced Global Partnership Manager working remote.

Reporting into the Managing Director, your role will involve overseeing a portfolio of clients within the job sector where you will define, lead, and execute their traffic whilst affiliating partnership functions on a global scale. Our client empowers their partners to drive incremental revenue whilst building stronger relationships with their customers.

This is a brilliant opportunity to grow and build on a successful existing network, from small job affiliates to global media businesses. Only candidates who have the right to work in the UK will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Scaling their partnerships and traffic affiliate network to grow the jobseeker base and deliver quality applicants to employers
  • Developing their partnerships strategy across their suite of products and geographies, alongside the management team
  • Working across the Partnership lifecycle from researching new opportunities to closing, account managing and optimising them
  • Leading commercial negotiations and finding win-win partnership solutions
  • Contributing to product roadmap and future developments
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, energetic, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development and online partnerships
  • Ability to communicate at all levels including strong listening and networking skills
  • Good understanding of online advertising or platforms such as CPC OR CPA models
  • Excellent presentation skills coupled with the ability to build relationships with senior level counterparts
  • Excellent at commercial negotiations and can take a creative approach to problem solving or structuring deals
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and administrative skills
