Description

At CDW, we make it happen, together. Trust, connection, and commitment are at the heart of how we work together to deliver for our customers. It's why we're coworkers, not just employees. Coworkers who genuinely believe in supporting our customers and one another. We collectively forge our path forward with a level of commitment that speaks to who we are and where we're headed. We're proud to share our story and Make Amazing Happen at CDW.

We're looking for an exceptional candidate to design, launch and lead our Global Partner Network (GPN) programme, supporting the expansion and performance of our international Partner ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing a scalable Referral Partner Network that underpins CDW's global service delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage trusted partners across international markets to support and service customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with third-party suppliers, ensuring alignment with CDW's standards and customer expectations.
  • Lead Partner qualification and due diligence processes, working with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, commercial) to ensure contracts and commercial agreements are in place.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Partner performance, escalation management, and ongoing capability assessments.
  • Develop and implement Partner performance metrics, reporting tools, and Partner lifecycle strategies to drive quality and accountability.
  • Work closely with sales, service delivery, and commercial teams to match the right partner to the right opportunity, globally.
  • Help maintain and improve GPN processes, systems, and reporting to support long-term scalability.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience managing Partner relationships, ideally in a technology, services, or global delivery environment.
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness, with a track record of negotiating supplier terms and managing risk.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across a Global Partner Network, and internal key stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
  • A structured, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Coupa, or similar Partner management platforms (preferred but not essential).
