Global Ops Manager: Forecasting, Supply Chain & Logistics

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the entire operational backbone, including supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics. The role is autonomous, with direct reporting to the Founder and a path toward Head of Operations as the business scales.

You'll build systems, manage forecasting across regions, and optimize inventory from UK to US/EU warehouses, while collaborating with jewellery and packaging manufacturers on launches and quality controls.
