Global Onboarding Experience Architect

EY is transforming how we onboard talent globally, with a role focused on shaping a next-generation onboarding experience at scale. You will work across business and technology to translate complex onboarding needs into scalable solutions, joining a high-impact global product team (TA2&O).

You will lead design, requirements, testing and delivery activities, driving automation and personalisation to improve the end-to-end experience for EY colleagues worldwide.
