Global Material Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely release of materials into the supply chain and flagging risks to stakeholders.
• Working cross functionally to meet project deliverables and resolve material delays.
• Owning material planning KPIs for the Montrose COE.
• Managing backlog slot planning aligned with material and capacity constraints.
• Leading launch readiness processes to address material risks for upcoming shop orders.
• Leading and developing a global team of material planners in Montrose while aligning global teams.
• Driving process alignment across hubs in Indonesia and Brazil.
• Optimizing material plans by identifying supply risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning or sourcing.
• Strong experience in material planning functions.
• Experience leading global teams and driving performance.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle).
• Strong influencing, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Pattern

Regular on site presence is required. If based in Aberdeen, flexibility to split time between the Aberdeen and Montrose offices is available.
