Job Description

The Global Markets Client Onboarding team is a fast paced, client facing group responsible for the end to end onboarding experience for both new and existing clients. We partner closely with Sales and Trading desks to define requirements and guide clients through the process to satisfy all Tax, Credit, Legal, AML/KYC and Regulatory standards. Throughout the onboarding journey we provide clear and timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficient coordination across teams for a seamless trading path.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the end to end onboarding process for institutional clients across various lines of business.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, delivering a timely and compliant experience.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Trading, Legal, Credit, AML/KYC, Operations) to ensure onboarding requirements are met efficiently.
  • Monitor and communicate onboarding progress, proactively addressing roadblocks or delays.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system readiness to enable clients for trading upon completion.
  • Advise on client service model and technology platforms to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working that better serve an evolving client base.
  • Protect existing revenue and enable new revenue through onboarded mandates and multi fund launches.
Requirements
  • Experience in client onboarding, account management or similar operations/client facing role in financial services.
  • Understanding of integration, regulatory and documentation requirements for institutional client onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in workflow tools and familiarity with onboarding platforms is a plus.
Skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a team environment.
  • Effective liaison with all levels of the firm across diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in French and/or German is beneficial.
  • Self motivation, able to work unsupervised and manage own time, escalating as needed.
  • Innovative, detail oriented, and willing to propose new ideas and solutions.
