Our client is an industry leader in branding with global corporations to produce print & packaging with noteworthy brand recognition. The company's operations are located across North America, Canada, Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship
• Maintain client satisfaction to an agreed target
• Maintain client retention to an agreed target
• Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship
• Actively seek to increase the services offered and increase the income generated to agreed individual and team targets
• Have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of the full client portfolio
• Develop processes that help to accurately forecast up and coming workloads Client satisfaction
• Continually strengthen and forge excellent client relationships through proactive directorship and communication including face to face meetings, telephone, conference call and email communication
• Employ excellent listening and probing questioning skills to fully understand the client and their industry sector the client's products and services the client's marketing objectives
• Ensuring all clients receive timely, high quality reporting from the quality team on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Promote professionalism through manner, appearance and delivery and always keeping promises

Qualifications / Experience

• Proven track record in a previous Key Account Manager / Account Director role within a fast paced high volume turnover sector
• Excellent communicator able to interpret client briefs and expedite to necessary areas of the business to achieve clients timeline
• Strong analytical mind with the capability of foreseeing problems early and implementing suitable counter measures
• Experience working in FMCG, printing or packaging background
• Experience of managing accounts with a minimum T/O of £20m pa
• Pharmaceutical experience is a bonus
