GE Vernova seeks a seasoned Senior M&A Counsel to lead complex global transactions from inception to post-closing, advising senior leadership with strategic insights and coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will shape regulatory governance, design scalable M&A frameworks, and ensure value realization across geographies.

You will partner with external counsel to deliver cost-effective, high-quality legal solutions while upholding rigorous governance and risk management across
