Global Luxury Creative Director

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Creative Director to set the vision for our Luxury & Lifestyle brands, guiding campaigns, content and guest moments from first image to arrival. Based in Windsor, you will collaborate with global and regional teams and lead across channels with travel as part of the rhythm of the role.

You will mentor talent, elevate craft across photography, film and design systems, and shape how AI and new tech augment creative work while preserving human judgment.
