Global LMS Transformation Manager

McDonald's is implementing a Global Learning Management System across 100+ markets. The Manager, Learning & Development will own market-facing delivery, ensuring readiness and activation on the new LMS, and serve as the main bridge between the global program and market organizations worldwide.

The role requires experience in learning technology deployment, change management, and leading large-scale readiness activities in a multi-market setup within a fast-paced, operational environment.
