Global Leadership Strategy Lead

Howden Group Holdings is seeking a Leadership Development Lead to set and deliver the global leadership development strategy, building capabilities, behaviours and succession pipelines across a 56-country footprint. The role emphasizes scalable leadership programmes and a connected learning ecosystem, including coaching, team effectiveness, and AI-enabled leadership capabilities.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage external partners, and govern budgets while ensuring learning
