Global Leadership & Learning Strategy Lead

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) seeks an experienced enterprise leader to define and lead global leadership development, learning and workforce capability strategy. You'll influence business strategy, workforce transformation and organizational performance across our global enterprise.

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Learning, this role will partner with HR, Talent, Technology and business leaders to drive capability transformation and oversee AI-enabled, scalable learning solutions.
