Job Description

King & Spalding is seeking a Manager, Lateral Partner Recruiting & Integration, to coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new lateral partners across European, Middle East and Asia-Pacific offices.

You will work closely with the Chief of Lateral Partner Recruiting & Integration and Directors to manage interview logistics, compensation discussions, and integration planning, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience and seamless international hiring.
