What You'll Be Doing
- Own and develop the Group's global GIS database for land and mining rights
- Guide regional teams in designing and executing land/mineral rights strategies aligned to Group goals
- Review and advise on land acquisition and divestment plans across all regions
- Ensure the integrity of mining rights - including zoning, permitting, reclamation, and mineral control
- Support global expansion projects and lead the transformation of how land and mineral rights are managed across the Group
What You'll Bring
- 5-10 years' experience in land, mineral rights, or real estate management, ideally in mining, building materials, or heavy industry
- Bachelor's or Master's in GIS, geology, mining, or real estate management
- Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape for land and rights across international markets
- Fluent English (French, German, or Portuguese a plus)
- Able to operate cross-functionally and influence across technical, legal, and executive teams
- Strategic mindset with the discipline to deliver in a complex, multi-country environment
