Global L&D Manager - Digital Learning CoE

Rentokil Initial in Crawley is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead to drive training and development initiatives across the Group. This role includes managing a small team, overseeing the digital learning platform, and ensuring effective learning solutions are in place to meet current and future workforce needs.
