Global Key Account Operations Lead

Jobtailor is seeking a Regional GCM lead to partner with regional and in country leadership, ensuring GCM activities are understood, adopted, and upheld. You will align with GCM Business Management, Customer Enablement and CoE to drive growth and sustainment across markets.

You will serve as the primary regional POC for operational customer requests, ensure SLA alignment, and build long term customer relationships while delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports to stakeholders.
