Global IT Support Manager - Lead Distributed, Follow-the-Sun Tech

Roku, Inc. is seeking a hands-on IT leader to manage a distributed end-user computing and IT support team across EMEA and India. You will set strategy, coach staff, and drive global, around-the-clock support for Roku employees in offices worldwide.

You will own SLAs, implement runbooks, and partner with security, identity, network, and facilities teams to deliver secure, efficient IT services. Executive-facing communication is required.
