Global Internal Events & Talent Programs Lead

Palantir is seeking an Internal Events & Talent Program Manager to own end-to-end internal events and related programs across offices worldwide. Youll join a cross-functional team supporting Palantirs people and culture, including onboarding and employer branding.

Youll lead event design, vendor management, and operational workflows, building community and ensuring events feel effortless by strong execution and process improvement.
