iCOMAT seeks a hands-on Proposal Engineer to join at the interface of Business Development, Engineering and Operations. You will turn customer requirements into high-quality, costed proposals and own the end-to-end process from brief to submission.

You'll work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure credible, competitive offers and contribute to continuous improvement of templates and tools. This role supports growth in UK, Europe and the US.
