Global ICM Training & Communications Lead

Stryker is seeking an ICM Training and Communications Manager to lead the global training and learner enablement strategy for the Indirect Channel Management function. You will partner with ICM leadership and regional teams to ensure training plans are clear, engaging and scalable.

The role covers design and delivery of training programmes, change enablement, communications, learning systems, and stakeholder engagement across geographies.
