Global I&D Transformation Director: Programs & Change

Capgemini is seeking a Director of I&D Transformation & Programs to lead a strategic, multi-country capability build across the UK, France, and India. You will partner with Capgemini executives and leaders to define priorities, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact through large-scale organizational change.

You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, and KPI dashboards while managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
