Global HRBP Leader for UK/US/Canada Operations

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HRBP to shape the people agenda across UK operations and drive performance. You will strengthen culture, support cross-border integration with Canada, USA and UK, and influence strategy to accelerate organisational development.

The role requires extensive HRBP experience, UK employment law expertise, and coaching or CIPD qualifications. You will work across UK sites with occasional travel and influence senior leaders through strong communication and
