Global HR Tech Transformation Program Manager

CPL Group is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead HR technology and transformation initiatives in a global context. The role focuses on end-to-end programme delivery across HR systems, including HRIS/HCM platforms, recruitment, learning, and employee experience.

You will manage plans, governance, budgets and risks, collaborating with HR, IT and business units, external vendors and consultants to drive adoption and tangible process improvements.
