Global HR Partner: People & Culture Leader

Hilton Foods seeks an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to lead and develop our People & Culture team. You will partner with senior leaders to drive a strategic HR agenda, focusing on employee relations, engagement, leadership coaching and cross-site collaboration across international operations.

You will influence change, ensure legal compliance, and support the development of pay and benefits while managing a multi-site organization with international travel.
