Global HR Director: Strategy, Change & Talent

IQVIA is seeking a Director of HR to act as a strategic HR leader for a global business unit within Global Clinical Development. Based in Europe, you will partner with senior executives to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, culture, and change leadership across a matrixed global organization.

You will lead workforce planning, design, and leadership development, aligning HR initiatives with global priorities and HR COEs.
