At DLA Piper, an experienced HR Business Partner is sought to join our International Business Services team. The role acts as a trusted adviser to design and deliver people strategies and to drive meaningful impact across our people agenda.

The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders, support workforce planning and organisational design, lead transformation initiatives, and collaborate with global HRBP peers to advance international priorities while coaching leaders to raise
