Global HR Business Partner - Flexible Hours

Howden is seeking an HR Business Partner - International to partner with leaders across multiple countries, shaping an enhanced HR operating model and serving as the main contact for managers outside the UK.

The role requires deep knowledge of European employment law, strong stakeholder management and the ability to travel. You will drive employee relations, recruitment support and cross border HR initiatives in a fast paced global environment.
