Global HEOR Director: Value & Access Strategy

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd. seeks a Global HEOR Director to drive evidence generation across Rare Disease, Oncology and Neuroscience.

You will lead cross functional teams to deliver launch readiness, post launch updates, and global value evidence spanning early development to maturity stages. You will develop cost effectiveness, budget impact, and payer value propositions, align with EU HTA plans, and communicate payer evidence through abstracts, posters and manuscripts.
