Global HEOR & HTA Strategy Lead - Associate Director

Novartis in Dublin, Ireland seeks an International HEOR & HTA Associate Director to support and manage HEOR & HTA deliverables, ensuring payer evidence is embedded in product strategies and development plans. This role partners with cross-functional teams and reports into the International HEOR Oncology Head.

You will lead strategy development for HEOR/HTA, generate impactful value demonstrations across R-D-C continuum, and drive evidence generation in alignment with market needs.
