Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Development

TeamFeePay, based in Belfast, seeks a Head of Talent Acquisition and Development to own talent strategy across the UK, Ireland, and EU markets, including Italy and Spain. You will lead workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and leadership development while shaping policies with senior leadership.
