Global Head of Talent Acquisition (12 Month FTC)

Dr. Martens is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition on a maternity cover 12 month FTC. You will lead the global TA strategy and partner with the People team to shape hiring across markets, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will build scalable TA capabilities, enhance employer branding and drive leadership pipelines while collaborating with senior leaders and external partners to deliver high quality hiring outcomes.
