Global Head of Rider Onboarding & Compliance

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Rider Onboarding and Compliance team within the Rider Support Centre, ensuring the right rider hours in the right areas with compliant riders across markets.

You'll oversee a distributed team including 3 team leads, 30+ in-house representatives in London and Manchester, plus partners in India, and drive large-scale strategic initiatives with Legal, Policy and Data Science.
