Global Head of Performance Marketing

Footballco is seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead our affiliate team's global paid media initiatives from London. You will drive strategy across paid social, PPC, and arbitrage to attract high-intent users and convert across ticketing, streaming, VPN, and more.

Reporting to the Affiliate VP, you'll coordinate with internal units and external partners, scale campaigns, monitor budgets, and push performance through data-driven optimization and innovative partnerships.
