Global Head of People & Workplace

Automata is hiring a Head of People to lead the People and Workplace function across the UK, US and Germany. You will report to the CFO and act as a trusted partner on organisation design, culture, capability and people cost.

In this player coach role you'll set the people strategy, lead a team of four, manage payroll and benefits, and drive policies and processes to scale while maintaining Automata's culture.
