Global Head of Operations & Transformation

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Head of Operations for Personal Investing, overseeing a multi-market, multi-product operations function across London and Berlin.

The role focuses on transforming processes, platforms, and customer outcomes while maintaining a robust risk and control framework. You will lead a 130-person team across locations, drive operational excellence, and partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and controls functions to execute strategic priorities and achieve growth in
