Global Head of Membership Plans

Tide seeks a seasoned Head of Product for Membership Plans to own the global strategy, vision, and roadmap for the subscriptions platform as Tide scales. You will shape tiers, benefits, and pricing, using customer insight and data to maximize member value.

Working with Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, Finance, Engineering, and Design, you will lead end-to-end delivery across the lifecycle-from sign-up to renewals-while maintaining a clear, transparent membership experience and driving
