Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development

Cognita is seeking a Learning & Leadership Development Director to set the global learning strategy, build leadership pipelines, and scale development programmes across its international school network. You will lead a CoE, manage budgets and vendor partnerships, and collaborate with senior leaders to embed Cognita's culture.

This role requires strong global acumen, travel across regions and the ability to drive measurable impact through learning initiatives and performance systems.
