Global Head of HR Operations & Compliance

Ardmac seeks a Head of HR Operations & Compliance to lead a best in class people operations function across Ireland, the UK and Europe. You will shape policies, governance and systems to support growth, mobility and compliant operations while enabling talent attraction and development.

You will drive HR operations, analytics and international mobility, ensuring payroll governance, benefits and compliance across regions, and lead a small HR team with direct reports.
