Global Head of Employee Relations & Performance

Nebius is seeking a Head of Employee Relations to define and lead our global ER and performance governance. You will partner with senior leaders, works councils and employment lawyers to ensure consistent, fair handling of employee matters across jurisdictions.

You will develop policies, templates and case-management standards, coach managers, and drive proactive risk management while aligning ER with the broader talent and reward strategy.
