Global Head of Customer Operations & Onboarding

Partnerize, based in London, is seeking a Vice President, Customer Operations to lead global onboarding, support, and delivery operations for the post-sale lifecycle.

Reporting to the CRO, this role translates strategy into execution, optimizes time-to-value, enforces SLAs, and drives margins and NRR through AI-enabled processes and scalable services.

Collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success to expand accounts and improve retention.
