Global Head of Corporate Shared Services Tech

Citi is seeking a Head of Corporate Shared Services Technology to lead the technology book of work across cash management, reconciliations, regulatory reporting and payroll, reporting to the Head of Technology, COO. This role requires a strategic, senior technology leader who can design and deliver complex, scalable platforms and drive GenAI adoption across the enterprise.

The position oversees a global organization and a substantial budget, partnering with business and operations to ensure
