Global Head of Compute Hardware Underwriting

Tera Underwriters in London is seeking a Head of International to lead the company's RoW underwriting, binders and Lloyd's relationships. The role involves building syndicate capacity, developing product strategies, and expanding cross-border placements for compute hardware risk.

You will oversee underwriting guidelines, support US operations as needed, and recruit 1-3 roles through 2027/28 to scale the London team, reporting to senior leadership.
