Global Head of Change & Transformation

Specsavers is seeking a Head of Business Change to lead a global transformation function. You'll shape how we deliver, adopt and embed change across strategic programmes and oversee a portfolio-wide view rather than single initiatives.

You'll manage a team of 10-15 professionals, developing globally consistent standards, methodologies and ways of working while exploring AI-enabled approaches to improve change effectiveness and outcomes.
