Location: Remote first, ideally based in one of our regions: UK/Europe, UAE, or Vietnam

We work with a wide variety of high-profile clients in Architecture, Construction, and Real Estate, offering exciting ways to engage audiences using real-time environments across all xR platforms.
We're looking for a Global Head of Business Operations to join our senior leadership team and take ownership of our core operational pillars: Finance, People & HR, Legal & Compliance, Infrastructure & IT. You will design and lead operational strategies that enable sustainable growth, global compliance, and cultural alignment across our distributed workforce. This is a key strategic role in our leadership team - balancing hands-on execution with long-term vision and insight. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment whilst bringing structure, scalability, and insight to an already thriving business.
We're looking for:
- Extensive experience in operations, including leadership across two or more of the following: Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, IT.
- Proven success scaling operations in a creative agency, SaaS, or startup/scale-up environment.
- Experience managing or advising globally distributed teams (ideally UK, UAE, and Vietnam included).
- Deep understanding of global employment models (EoR, freelance, direct hire) and compliance needs.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
