Global Head of AI & Technical Recruiting

ActAI is seeking a Head of Technical Recruiting to lead the global recruitment function for engineering and AI talent. You will own strategy, build and mentor the recruiting team, and partner with founders and engineering leaders to set hiring bars and processes.

The role requires 10+ years in technical recruiting, a track record of hiring senior engineers and leaders, and the ability to build scalable talent networks across multiple markets.
