Amgen Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Observational Research within CPSO to lead global operational strategy for observational research, pragmatic trials, and evidence generation.

You will partner with Product Teams, CfOR, and regional operations to translate strategies into robust delivery models that ensure quality and efficiency throughout the product lifecycle. You will establish operating models, drive workforce development, manage budgets, and oversee vendor strategy and governance.
