Drayton is seeking an International General Manager to lead an international operation across EMEA and Asia, reporting to the COO. You will own commercial performance, market strategy and long term growth, and shape where the business plays and how it wins.

You will optimise distributor partnerships, identify new routes to market, build strategic partnerships, and lead a cross functional team to deliver profitable, sustainable growth at board level and in the detail.
