Global Front Desk & Guest Experience Lead

Howden Group Holdings is seeking a proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and guests across multiple desks. You will create a warm environment and deliver a five star customer service experience in a busy office.

The role involves rotating between five desks, managing couriers, coordinating with Hospitality and Reservations, and signing in visitors with passes. A Fire Marshal qualification is expected, with First Aider as a possibility.
