Global Fleet Safety Leader & Process Owner

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Fleet/Road Safety to develop and oversee global fleet safety programs across regions. You will ensure compliance, lead investigations, and drive continuous safety improvement while supporting sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities include policy development, data analysis, driver training coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, operations and HR. Travel 20-30% is required.
